Today I got to take stock and look back on the last few years of hard work and grit. Being asked by a production crew to reflect on our buisness, how it started, the challenges you've faced and what you love the most about what you do, got me thinking about the little girl that dreamed of owning a business. I forget about her when I'm adulting. I hope she can see what happens when you follow the signs that you're on the right path and then add huge amounts of grind and determination. But you can't do it alone...another lesson for my younger self. We all have aspects about ourselves that we will probably be working on for the rest of our lives. For some it's being a procrastinator, for others it's giving in too easily and then feeling like a pushover and for others it's about never feeling like they are enough. I think so many of us fall into that last category. I know I certainly do. I'm in constant pursuit of building, creating, pursuing and more. This gorgeous boutique hotel in Pretoria called @apogeeboutiquehotelandspa worked closely with our in-house specialist to create custom designs that suited every bedroom, down to colour matching of fabrics and paint. The result was a gorgeous mix of African and Contemporary interior design.
